PRÉCIPITATIONS, ensemble vocal et instrumental dynamique, porte un regard effervescent sur la musique et les arts graphiques contemporains. S'appuyant sur les connaissances musicologiques actuelles les plus avancées, sa volonté est de faire pleuvoir des créations poétiques, originales, puissantes et engagées sous la forme de récitals, concerts, concerts-lectures, performances, oratorios et opéras. Les artistes séduisent par leur interprétation créative qui garde aux œuvres du 16ème au 18ème siècle tout leur éclat et révèle au grand public la force et la richesse des répertoires anciens et contemporain. Déployant leur énergie en France comme à l'étranger, les vingt chanteurs solistes, le chœur et les quarante instrumentistes de l’ensemble explorent avec audace de nouveaux territoires artistiques associant musique, danse, vidéos d'art, théâtre...

Based on the current most advanced musicologic knowledge, its goal is to promote poetic, original, powerful and committed creations, proposed through recitals, concerts, reading-concerts, performances, oratorio and operas.
Artists are attractive as they develop a creative interpretation, restoring the radiance of 16th to 18th century pieces, revealing to the general public the strength and richness of both ancient and contemporary repertoires.
Deploying their energy as in France as abroad, the twenty soloists singers, the choir, and the forty instrumentalists of the PRECIPITATIONS ensemble audaciously explore new artistic groups, associating music, dance, art video, drama…
Sébastien AMADIEU, clavecin et direction musicale Contre-ténor incarné, claveciniste soliste aux subtils clairs-obscurs et chef intensément engagé, Sébastien AMADIEU insuffle à PRÉCIPITATIONS son enthousiasme et sa curiosité. Formé au chant auprès de Nicole FALLIEN, Rosa DOMINGUEZ et Yves SOTIN ; au clavecin par Ilton WJUNISKI (PARIS) et issu de la prestigieuse Schola Cantorum (B LE, SUISSE) il tire de sa formation une solide connaissance historique des répertoires européens, de la Renaissance au classicisme, marquée par un goût prononcé pour le répertoire vocal.
Born countertenor, soloist-harpsichordist with subtle chiaroscuro, deeply committed leader, Sébastien AMADIEU breathes within PRECIPITATIONS his enthusiasm and curiosity. Trained in singing under Nicole FALLIEN, Rosa DOMINGUEZ and Yves SOTIN’s teachings, in the harpsichord with Ilton WJUNISKI in Paris, and previous student of the prestigious Schola Cantorum (Bale, Switzerland), he extracts from his background a solid historical knowledge of European repertoires, from the Renaissance to the classicism eras, with a pronounced taste for vocal repertoires.
