The supplication service in honour of the Holy mother of God, so-called Paraklesis Service, is one of the most beautiful services of the Byzantine liturgy, as the Akathist Hymn. Sung in both Arabic and Greek, it is here interpreted in the purest Eastern tradition of Aleppo, Syria.
